There is a $5.00 charge for this service.   

 To use our Check-By-Phone service, either you or your insured simply needs to call us 

Monday through Friday, 

between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Eastern time. 

Please have a check handy - it will provide the bank information required to process the payment.   

 Check-by-Phone payments received by noon Eastern Time will be processed the same day.   

 Payments received after noon will be processed the following day.    

*Alaska customers will receive credit for payment received up until 1 PM Alaska Time.*

 Sorry, we currently do not accept credit card payments.
